Experience Kate Aspen Studios. Tour the world in one stop. Glass display
cases reveal museum quality treasures and collections from lands far
away. Beads and baubles are everywhere. You will find antique Nez Perce
beaded bags, Hupa Indian baskets circa 1920's.
The cases are lined with signed native american jewelry, Bracelets,
bolo's, belts and buckles. Ethnic Taureg and Africa pieces have arrived
from a private collection. Masks used in ceremonial dancing are on
display. Amber, Ivory, Silver and beads dating back 100 years or more
cover the walls.
Kate often uses vintage and antique beads like 1910 Czech glass, antique
German glass and vintage charms- to build one of a kind elaborate
signature necklaces. This "Treasure Series" necklaces can be found in
galleries in Palm Desert California and Oregon.
Kate Aspen Studios resembles a treasure chest, you never know what you
will find.
